	Than 
	Please repalce it with :
		return eval('$handlerToLoad::getInstance()');//return $handlerToLoad::getInstance();
	 on line number 53 

2. Release date : https://sourceforge.net/projects/eyeos25opensour/files/
3. eyeOS only works with php version 5.3.x
because php 7.0 above class name can not be same as constructor name
and 5.4 and above childclass and parentclass must have same arguments, or a same access level
